  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the certification replace task     *
  *                      is processed more than once, it might   *
  *                      not replace the certificates            *

  When the certificate replace task is processed more than once,
  the reference of the certificates are not replaced. This is
  due to luck of clean up and initialization code for the
  certificate replace task.
  

Problem conclusion

• With this fix, the initialization is carried out when this
  task is being processed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.14, and 9.0.0.8.  Please refer to the
