Problem conclusion

• A change was made in the SIP Container code so an NPE does not
  happen when an interface a request came from can't be
  determined.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
