Error description

• Using the WAS Admin Console on MS Edge/IE is not user
  friendly since items in the Selected/Available lists
  of the 'Security role to user/group mapping' panel can't
  be selected.

  When using Edge or IE, items in the Selected/Available lists of
  the 'Security role to user/group mapping' panel can't be
  selected and therefore the user can't map users and roles to
  an application.
  

Problem conclusion

• The <select> object type used for the elements of the
  list isn't a defined type in Edge and IE, which caused errors
  and the items couldn't be selected. To fix the issue
  a different object type is used for Edge and IE.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.8. Please refer to the Recommended
