Error description

• Client reports that cancelling a clone action removes orignal
  records drop-down lists until you fetch the record again
  client is using the function GSU_CQXE_SubmitRecord.  I
  reproduced and escalated the issue  CHCLS00100737
  The developer asked me to create an APAR

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 9.0.1.12, 9.0.2.4 and 9.1.0.1.
  Initialize the drop-down lists of the original records after
  calling a cancel hook in the function GSU_CQXE_SubmitRecord.
