PI92012: ABEND S04E-00E20017 CAN OCCUR IN DB2 AND UTILITY JOBS

Error description

• This APAR addresses an S04E-00E20017, resulting when DB2
  attempts to free an area located within a DB2 SKB (StacK Block)
  that is not on a doubleword boundary. The storage requested by
  CQM was not on a doubleword boundary, causing subsequent SKB
  storage to be off a doubleword boundary, and so resulting in a
  subsequent SKB storage release failure.
  00E20017 Explanation: The free stack storage function detected
  that the address of the area to be freed did not lie within
  allocated storage in the stack indicated by the requester.
  Additional symptoms:
  1. Address in R13 not aligned on a doubleword boundary.
  2. Address in R0 not aligned on a doubleword boundary. R0
  appears to point to the area being freed, which triggered the
  S04E-00E20017.
