PI91868: SET DEFAULT HEAP SIZE FOR CAE SERVER TO 500 MB

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When STDENV DD in CAE Server job doesn't have variable for
  CQM_HEAP, maximal heap size for CAE Server is only 200 Mb.
  CAE Server has to start with 500 Mb by default.
