  • If an existing Big SQL HADOOP parquet table with a column of
type DATE STORED AS DATE is altered to add a VARCHAR column
subequent queries against this table will fail with:
SQL5105N  The statement failed because a Big SQL component
encountered an
error. Component receiving the error: "BigSQL IO". Component
returning the
error: "UNKNOWN". Log entry identifier: "[BSL-1-501cdb01]".
