PI91680: INTERNAL SYSTEM ERROR: INVALID HANDLE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer is setting up the Optim EXTRACT processing using a
  permanent Access Definition. He specifies the AD name and exits.
  Then he returns to the 7.1 panel and exits again.
  
  This causes the following System Error to be reported:

  Optim memory management does not cleanup properly after storage
  release.
  

Problem conclusion

• Optim code will be corrected to properly reset pointer values
  after memory release.
  
  In addition minor Processing Report alignment adjustments for
  the INSERT and RESTORE functions will be provided by this APAR.
