PI91537: POST MIGRATE-DATABASE: UCD START FAILS TO CONNECT TO THE DB DUE TO AN INCORRECT USERNAME AND / OR PASSWORD

Error description

  Yes, but I used Derby to MySQL
  
  1 Install UCD on Derby
  2) Prepare a MySQL DB
  3) Run migrate-database.sh/.bat
  4) Start UCD
  
  Result:
  UCD cannot connect to the DB
  
  Work around:
  Update the 'secured-installed.properties' and replace the value
  of 'hibernate.connection.password=' with your actual password
  
  After that I could start my UCD install.
  (Note, 'hibernate.connection.password=' had an encrypted value.
  So we put something in it, but I have no clue what)

Problem conclusion

• This has been fixed between UCD 6.2.5 and UCD 7.0.4.1
