APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a CM Batch or Compare GOCCM step processes an object name
  that is too long in a "quick scope" (for example, TYPE =
  'DB',QUAL = '',NAME = 'LONGDBNAME1', error message ADB1007E
  appears ("The name: LONGDBNAME1 is too long for request type:
  DB"), but the step ends with RC=4.  With this APAR applied, the
  step ends with RC=8, and the job fails.
