PI91450: CONTROL FILE REPORT MAY INCORRECTLY SHOW LOAD LIBRARIES AS NOT APF AUTHORIZED

Error description

• The Control File Report is verifying that each load library
  entered in the control file for the DB2 subsystem is APF
  authorized. The check sometimes shows load libraries as
  possibly not being APF Authorized when they actually are.
