Error description

• No bind PLAN statements generated when on remote. When the same
  action is performed with Packages (K) then the BIND statements
  in the batch job are generated correctly.

Problem summary

  *                 subsystems.                                  *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When issuing BIND ALL command for       *
  *                      remote plans (accessed via distributed  *
  *                      data facility (DDF)), BIND statements   *
  *                      are not generated in the JCL or WSL.    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When distributed data facility (DDF) is used to access remote
  DB2 subsystem and BIND ALL command is issued for remote
  plans on panel ADB21P 'Application Plans', generated JCL or
  WSL does not generate BIND PLAN statement for all plans.
  
  This APAR adds a fix to lookup remote DB2 subsystem catalog
  plan table instead of local catalog, thereby generating correct
  PKLIST values and BIND PLAN statements for all remote plans.
