Error description

• When table object has "WITH RESTRICT ON DROP" clause and the
  following MIG option is used:
    DROP on target before CREATE . . . YES
  
  MIG job ADBMGT1 results in -672 due to it not generating the
  ALTER TABLE ... DROP RESTRICT ON DROP statement.
