PI91270: DB2 ADMINISTRATION TOOL - CM BATCH COMPARE INCORRECTLY GENERATEDCHANGE

Error description

• CM BATCH Compare of a table space, one difference is the change
  of a column length from CHAR(32) to CHAR(17). AOC will recreate
  the table, but remove "WITH DEFAULT '<NA'>" from the column
  definition. DDL of source table:
    <colname> CHAR(17) FOR SBCS DATA NOT NULL
                       WITH DEFAULT '<NA>'
  Resulting DDL for target table generated by AOC:
    <colname> CHAR(17) FOR SBCS DATA NOT NULL
  
  i.e. the resulting DDL is missing WITH DEFAULT '<NA>'
  
  Issue occurs when specifying CM path in Compare, but does not
  appear when using Compare non-CM path.
