  During server shutdown there exists a timing window in the On-
  Demand Configuration (ODC) component that can result in an
  ODCF8101E java.lang.NullPointerException message being logged in
  SystemOut.log which is thrown from
  com.ibm.ws.wsgroup.p2p.BroadcastRateLimiter.broadcastEnvelope(Br
  oadcastRateLimiter.java:56). This NullPointerException is benign
  and will not result in any run-time issues.
  

Problem conclusion

• The shutdown logic of the On-Demand Configuration (ODC)
  component has been altered to avoid the possibility of incurring
  a java.lang.NullPointerException being thrown from
  com.ibm.ws.wsgroup.p2p.BroadcastRateLimiter.broadcastEnvelope(Br
  oadcastRateLimiter.java:56).
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.8.  Please refer to the Recommended
