PI91128: WRONG LIMITKEY GENERATED FOR INDEX- AND TABLE-CONTROLLED PARTITIONED OBJS WHEN DATE/TIMESTAMP COL NOT INCLUDED

Error description

• If an index-controlled or table-controlled partitioned object
  has more columns than specified in the LIMITKEY and the
  Date/Timestamp column is not included in the LIMITKEY, then
  generated DDL has an incorrect additional column in the
  LIMITKEY with a zero value for Date/Timestamp.
