• ABEND0C4-38 in KO2EIX2S with Object Analysis active while DB2 is
  performing a FORMAT WRITE operation during extend of a non-SMS
  managed VSAM Dataset on a z/OS 2.2 or above system.

  An ABEND0C4 can occur either in KO2EIX2 or DSNIDM.DSNB5FOR
  during extend processing for a NON-SMS dataset.
  Message KOE3066S with reason code 2001 can occur during
  initialization of Object Analysis due to intermittent clean up
  errors in OMPE shutdown logic.
  

Problem conclusion

• NON-SMS dataset tracking issues have been corrected, and OMPE
  shutdown logic improved to remove cleanup errors.
