Error description

• If you generate JCL for an online reorg (Utility Option OO) of
  a partitioned tablespace in REORG-PENDING status,  specifying
  "Generate template statements . . NO", the SYSDISC and SYSPUNCH
  DD statements may not be generated, and the job may end with
  return code 8 / rc08, and messages such as the following:
