PI90868: MEMORY LEAK IN AGENT RELAY

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• Agent Relays can suffer from a memory leak when certain
  misbehaving agents are connected to them.  These agents will
  typically appear as "Connecting" in UCD, and the relay will
  eventually suffer and log an OutOfMemory exception.  Note that
  most agents that get stuck in the "Connecting" state are not
  causing any memory leaks.
  

Local fix

• For the relay in question, find and remedy all of the agents
  that are stuck in "Connecting" state.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed indirectly in 7.2.0.0.
  
  The memory leak was present for JMS agent relays. Web agent
  relays do not have the problem.
