Error description

• 1. Create a resource template with an agent prototype and tag
  the agent prototype.
  2. Create an application template and an environment template in
  the application template with the resource template created in
  step 1
  3. Export the application template
  4. There are no Tags exported as part of the Agent Prototype in
  the json produced.  Hence no Agent protoype tags can be
  imported.
