PI90718: ADD NEW VARIABLES IN CQMPARMS TO SPECIFY CAE BACKUP SERVER

APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• Add two new variables BACKUP_CAE_SERVER_ADDRESS and
  BACKUP_CAE_SERVER_PORT in CQMPARMS which point to CAE Backup
  Server. So when Primary CAE Server is down and CAE Backup
  Server is started, CQM ISPF client will be able to find
  Backup Server automatically.
