Problem conclusion

  • The Product Insights enablement feature has been updated to
    properly handle when a system running a WebSphere Application
    Server is placed into a sleep state.  Usage metric collection
    will be cancelled for the duration of the sleep state and resume
    when the system resumes from sleep state.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
    packs 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.7 for WebSphere Application Server and
    17.0.0.4 for WebSphere Application Server Liberty. Please refer
