Error description

• Currently the dual load component of the Loader will fail if it
  is unable to determine the status of an accelerator by calling
  the ACCEL_CONTROL_ACCELERATOR stored procedure.  With this
  enhancement, an accelerator that can not be reached on the
  network will instead be treated as offline.
  More specifically, when the ACCEL_CONTROL_ACCELERATOR stored
  procedure call fails with the following error, that accelerator
  will be treated as if it were offline:
  AQT10202I The _acceleratorName_ accelerator cannot be contacted
  over the network
  Treating such an accelerator as offline has the following
  impact.
  # If more than one accelerator is included in the load and at
  least one of them appears to be online, the online acclerators
  will be loaded.  In the past the above network error would have
  caused the load to fail.
  # If all accelerators appear to be offline during an IDAA_DUAL
  load, the setting of the ACCEL_WHEN_OFFLINE option will control
  whether the Loader fails or loads only DB2.  In the past the
  network error would have caused such a load to fail.
