• The ''Install Agent with SSH' 'step does not correctly populate
  the agent's installed.properties file with values
  for agent relay ports or host, causing the Agent attempting to
  connect post-installation to fail.
  On the Resources > Agents page, the Agent will keep '(Waiting
  for provisioned node)' behind its name, and the Status will
  remain 'N/A'
