Error description
Recent code added to OPBRTV for multi-record files references the SQTB from the OPFBSQTB pointer. In some cases, the SQTB can be freed on the SQL Engine task, leading to S0C3 or S0C4 abends in OPBRTV/PUTBUF. Implement changes so that the SQTB fields needed for multi-record processing be copied into either the OPFB or TVTK and referenced from there in the OPBRTV/PUTBUF routine.
