• At start up of OMEGAMON DB2 joblog will show a series of
  messages

  This series of messages will show for each DB2 subsystem being
  monitored by Periodic Exception Processing that is at release
  DB2 10 or higher.
  
  There will typically be a hilev.RKD2THRS dataset allocated to
  the collector task when this feature is active. The dataset name
  is based on PARMGEN variable KD2_PFnn_AEXCP_D2TPTDSN

  Comment out by placing * in column 1 of the lines in
  hilev.RKD2THRS that contain the following strings
  QBSTWEE, QLSTBROW, QLSTCBLB and QXDEGENC
  
  or turn off periodic exception processing by setting PARMGEN
  variable KD2_PF_AEXCP_D2PYACT=N and regen

  Exception Thresholds for deprecated DB2 V9 fields QLSTBROW,
  QLSTCBLB, QBSTWEE and QXDEGENC in the DGOETV51 sample Exception
  Threshold data set may cause error message FPEU0101S to appear
  in the PE Server log when Automatic Exception Processing is
  enabled.
  
  Obsolete DB2 V9 sample data in BPOTRC and FPECIVPI may result
  in OMPE Installation Verification jobs BPOJIVPA and FPEJIVPA
  not generating a report.  Message FPEC4015I will be issued to
  the JOBSUM DD.
  

Problem conclusion

• Sample Exception Thresholds and sample input data were changed
  to fix these problems so that the IVP jobs run successfully.
