When the deployment manager restarted, the ODC data for OSGi
    applications was erroneously deleted.

Problem conclusion

  • The interaction between the ODC component and the OSGi
application component in WebSphere Application Server was
modified so that the correct ODC data was populated for OSGi
    applications on deployment manager restart.
