APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • A S0C4 abend in HLOUCE15 is possible when all of the following
conditions are true:
- User is running an IDAA_DUAL type load from an HLV data source
- The HLO STC option ACCEL_OPTIMIZE_FOR=BEST_ELAPSED_TIME.

Local fix

  • A potential work around to this issue is to run with
ACCEL_OPTIMIZE_FOR=BEST_CPU_TIME.  I have not verified this work
around though.
