PI89676: RMDM_RESTART_KEY IN DFHGCD NOT CORRECT IN COPYBOOK DFHRMREO AFTER UPGRADE TO CICS TS V5.4

Error description

• CICS copybooks are not updated with correct rmdm_restart_key
  after upgrade to CICS TS 5.4.  DFHDOMS has moved the Recovery
  Manager Domain from x'11' to x'25':

  .
  CICS needs to update copybooks such as DFHRMREO with the
  correct rmdm_restart_key

  CICS copybooks DFHRMREO, DFHRMREH, DFHRMRED and DFHRMREL give
  an example of the contents of the rmdm_restart_key which is now
  incorrect at CICS TS 5.4. Changes were made to the number of
  CICS domains at CICS TS 5.4 which resulted in a change to the
  contents of the rmdm_restart_key; it now is

Problem conclusion

• DFHRMDM has been updated so that the comment for the
  rmdm_restart_key appear correctly for the copybooks
  DFHRMREO, DFHRMREH, DFHRMRED and DFHRMREL.
