A java.lang.OutOfMemoryError occured when one or more
ArrayLists containing a large number of objects of type
com.ibm.ws.logging.internal.impl.IntrospectionLevelMember

Reviewing the phd file showed multiple ArrayLists

A java.lang.OutOfMemoryError occured when one or more ArrayLists
contained a large number of objects of type
com.ibm.ws.logging.internal.impl.IntrospectionLevelMember.

Problem conclusion

This problem was caused by an FFDC log file which captured an
arrary with many elements. The code has been corrected by Open
Liberty GIT issue 1039 (https://github.com/OpenLiberty/open-
liberty/issues/1039).

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
delivery information:

Temporary fix

The problem only happens when FFDC occurs and try to log a large
array. No workaround.
