PI89548: DOORS: DXL ERROR WHEN OPEN MODULE WITH ALERT

APAR status

• Closed as duplicate of another APAR.

Error description

• User receive DXL error and diagnotic log if they select option
  â ˜Alert me when lock is availableâ ™
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  - User1 opens Module1 in Exclusive edit mode
  - User2 will try to opens Module1 as well, it will prompt with
  Request lock window
  - User2 select open module in read-only and â ˜Alert me when
  lock is availableâ ™
  
  - The Administrator opesn manage lock and unlock module1 session
  for user1, then user2 will receive a â ˜Lock Availableâ ™ note
  with button of â ˜Open for exclusive editâ ™.
  Alternatively User1 can close the module themselves and same
  diagnostic log is generated when user 2 attempts to open module
  in exclusive edit mode.
  
  - Once user2 click on the â ˜Open for exclusive editâ ™ button
  to switch the module to exclusive edit, DXL error:
  
  -R-E- DXL: <standard/lockRequest/lockAvailable.inc:101> An
  unexpected error has occurred: doors.exe caused an
  EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module doors.exe at
  00000000404958B9
  
  Backtrace:
  	<standard/lockRequest/lockAvailable.inc:210>
  
  A diagnostic log is also generated.
  
  Close out both of the DXL and Diagnostic log window, user was
  able to manually open the module in exclusive edit mode again
