The following exception may occur during server shutdown when
the Product Insights feature is submitting the final usage
metric data:

Problem conclusion

The Product Insights enablement feature has been updated to
resolve a timing issue that occurs when server shutdown
processing occurs concurrently with normal usage metric
collection. The NullPointerException will no longer occur and
the Product Insights feature will properly submit the final
usage metric data.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
packs 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.7 for WebSphere Application Server and
17.0.0.4 for WebSphere Application Server Liberty.  Please refer
