Error description

• Panel ADBPD - "Details for object(s)" shows Physical Part
  Numbers in the LIMIT KEYS section, but the associated HELP
  panel says it is Logical Part Numbers. Help panel is wrong.
  Also, a separate issue: Upon exiting Admin Tool, Rc=4 may be
  displayed with no additional information.
