Error description

  • S32E ABEND in KO2EOJS2 (Object Analysis).

S32E Explanation: When a program issued the STIMERM service
routine, an error occurred. Register 15 contains a hexadecimal
reason code.
R15 reason code is x'0000011C'
Meaning: The limit of concurrent STIMERM SET macro requests was
exceeded.

During stopping DB2 and OM Server, Object Analysis does not
recognize the OM Server termination is in progress and continues
thus causing the S32E-11C abend.

Problem conclusion

  • Change logic to prevent the abend. Recognize the OM Server
termination is in progress and stop Object Analysis process.
