• The http servers httpd.conf has global directives
  
  SSLProtocolEnable TLSv11 TLSv12
  SSLCipherSpec C027
  SSLCipherSpec C02F
  
  To enable ciphers
  TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256
  and
  TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256
  
  However the http server plugin was not making use of these
  ciphers.

Problem conclusion

• Requested ciphers will be enabled when StrictSecurity is set n
  the zOS plugin.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.6.  Please refer to the Recommended
