  • When a Zelle Payment is submitted and it times out within FTM
    the       
    Transmission is marked as Rejected, but an Line of Business
    Operator
    has no way to determine why the Transmission is rejected because
    there
    are no error codes or comments associated with any data objects
    (Transmission, Batch or Payment).
