Error description

• When working in the IBM Rational ClearCase/Cadence integration
  when deleting libraries in the Library Manager the directory is
  not removed but a new version is created with the contents
  rmnamed.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1.  In Library Manager, right-click a cell (with several
  cellviews beneath)
  2. select from the context menu "ClearCase Delete...".
  The delete dialog pops up, with the cell pre-selected.
  3. Click OK to confirm.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  None.
