  INTEGER WITH DEFAULT
  to INTEGER WITH DEFAULT NULL
  DB2 Admin Tool is generating a DROP/CREATE instead of
  ALTER TABLE tbl-name ALTER COLUMN col-name SET DEFAULT NULL
