Error description

• When working in a Rational ClearCase remote dynamic view, you
  may find that the element change date/time is not correct when
  using the -ptime switch during a checkout and modify the file
  operation.
  
  For example:
  dir b.txt
  [...]
  
  13.10.2015  15:20                99 b.txt
  
  
  
  
  ct co -ptime -nc b.txt
  Checked out "b.txt" from version "\main\6".
  
  
  notepad b.txt   and modify and save
  
  
  dir b.txt
  [...]
  
  13.10.2015  15:20               121 b.txt
  
  If you wait 60 seconds the date/time will change to the correct
  date and time.
  
  This issue does not occur with local dynamic views.
