Error description

  • Two parts to this issue:
    1. When generating a Transaction Index using the Total filter,
       transactions with a large output queue time (and hence
       corresponding total time) are not being included in the
       transaction Index.
    2. Update help panel IPI#FXVY Expectation Type.

       transaction Index.
    
    2. Update help panel IPI#FXVY Expectation Type.
    

Problem conclusion

  • 1. When calculating the TOTALTM value for the Transaction Index
       Total Filter, not all OUTPUTQ values were being calculated
       correctly, resulting in transactions that met the filter
       criteria not being included in the resulting Index file.
       This issue is addressed and OUTPUTQ is now being calculated
       correctly.
    
    2. Update panel IPI#FXVY to clarify that the Percentage (%)
       deviation option is valid only for the Management Exception
       report.
