Error description

• ABEND0C4 in FPEUCXFX may occur when the DB2PM FIELD auxiliary
  command is used and zero is specified as the self defining
  section number. Alternatively, specifying zero as the self
  defining section number may cause FIELD processing to not filter
  records as expected, resulting in INCORROUT

  The third parameter of the FIELD auxiliary command is the self
  defining data section number that the FIELD command comparison
  operation is performed against.  A value of zero is defined as
  having the special meaning of applying to the first product
  section of the record instead of a data section.  The code was
  not handling this case correctly, typically resulting in an
  ABEND0C4.  Alternatively, the filtering may not work as
  intended, resulting in the requested record trace being
  incorrect.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to recognize that self defining
  section zero applies to the product section.  Furthermore,
  the repeating group number is ignored in this case, since
  the product section does not have repeating data groups.
