Local fix

• De-install APAR PI76939 if possible.
  If not possible to do so, be aware that following SA z/OS INGREQ
  defaults will be used on the system termination command:
  SA z/OS V3R5M0 Override=(FLG,TRG)
  SA z/OS V4R1M0 Override=(FLG,TRG,SUS)

  OPTIONS" OVERRIDE= keyword is ignored on GDPS initiated INGREQ
  STOP command to terminate systems.
  This APAR will reintroduce processing of this valid
  customizable parameter.
