PI88296: Password protected ssh keys can't be used for remote host authentication

Error description

If you attempt to use a password protected ssh key for
remote host authentication by specifying the
--sshPrivateKeyPassword option to the 'collective'  script's
'registerHost' command, authentication will fail with the
following exception:

java.io.IOException: javax.crypto.BadPaddingException: Given
final block not properly padded

Problem conclusion

The collective runtime will now properly decode the specified
private key password.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
