APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Sparse index access is in column PRIMARY_ACCESSTYPE not
  ACCESSTYPE column, ADB2ELI needs to be changed to check the
  PRIMARY_ACCESSTYPE column for 'T' and to show sparse index
  access plus show the ACCESSTPE access also (two access types
  combined so need to come up with good wording for the two).
