PI88091: REPORT PROPERTIES NOT UPDATING AFTER CHANGING NAME OF PACKAGE INUI IN COGNOS 11.0.7

Error description

• Change name of a package in Cognos Connection, not reflected in
  properties of reports in that package until log out and log back
  in.
  
  Note: Report runs with no errors. In legacy, report properties
  correctly change to the name of the new package. Information is
  not updating in the UI.
  

Local fix

• Logging out and logging back into the account (refreshing the
  page/clearing cache does not work)
