Error description
In the Cognos 11 content viewer, there is no way to view the run history for an Agent. If you locate an agent under Team Content and then click the More button, there is no View Versions option like there is for a report. In Cognos 10, it was possible to view the run history for an Agent.
Local fix
Open Manage > Administration console, then from Past Activities locate a previous run of the Agent. From there, you can view the Run History for the agent.
