PI88030: ADD NUMBER OF ROWS TO SAVE DATA COMPLETION MESSAGE

Error description

• When issuing the SAVE DATA command to new or existing tables,
  the command completion message will be updated to contain the
  number of rows that were saved.
  
  Note to QMF 12.1 NLF users:
  
  This APAR adds new messages to the QMF 12.1 English product.
  Each NLF must apply an additional PTF to add the new messages.
  
  If you do not see your NLF on this list, please contact QMF
  Level 2 to request an APAR for your language.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The SAVE DATA command has been enhanced *
  *                      to provide additional details when      *
  *                      the command has completed. The user     *
  *                      will now see the number of rows that    *
  *                      were saved or inserted into the table   *
  *                      during the command processing.          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Before the enhancement, if user TS5519 issued the SAVE DATA AS
  MYTAB command, the would have seen the message DSQ20884:
  'OK, DATA was saved as TS5519.MYTAB in the database.'
  After the enhancement, the user will receive a message DSQ20822:
  'There were 35 rows of data saved as TS5519.MYTAB in the
  database.'
  If MYTAB existed already in the database, message DSQ20885:
  'OK, DATA replaced TS5519.MYTAB in the database.'
  will become DSQ20823:
  '35 rows of data were replaced in TS5519A.MYTAB in the
  database.'
  Note that using ACTION=APPEND rather than the default
  ACTION=REPLACe will report the number of rows added to the
  table and not the total number of rows in the table.
