Error description

• A load from image copy job (IDAA_LOAD_IC) may end with the
  following errors if an image copy dataset being used is
  migrated when the job is executed:
  HLO3801E The Accelerator Loader conversion program returned
           an error.
  HLO3601E Log apply task returned an error, RC=X'00000C'
  HLO4005I Starting cancel process, reason log apply
           thread rc = 0xc.
  HLO2802E The writer service returned an error, RC=X'00000C'
  

Local fix

• Recall the image copy datasets used by the job prior to running
  the load.
