Error description

• ABENDS0CF IPIAPIWT x'CBA' in Monitor Total System IWAIT Summary
  report when the elapsed time for an IWAIT cannot be determined.
  The ABEND occurs when an IWAIT count GT zero is found but an
  elapsed time cannot be determined. In calculating the percentage
  of elapsed time an attempt is made to divide by 0, resulting
  in the ABEND S0CF.

Problem conclusion

• Error occurs when an IWAIT count GT zero is found but an elapsed
  time can not be determined. In calculating the percentage of
  elapsed time an attempt is made to divide by zero, resulting in
  the abend S0CF. Add defensive code to test for a valid elapse
  time.
