Error description
When enumerating directories in an IBM Rational ClearCase dynamic view, if there are a large number of directory entries, and those directory entries have unusually long names, the MVFS may need to reissue requests to the VOB database to collect entries that previously been collected.

Problem conclusion
A performance improvement in the functions used for enumerating directory contents on Linux has been implemented in ClearCase versions 8.0.1.16, 9.0.0.6, and 9.0.1.2.
